1. Name and surname
2. Your music instrument(s)
3. Your level of playing for each instrument according to a self-evaluation based on the ACMP system (instructions)
4. Your email address
5. Your contact coordinates (street address and phone number)
6. Any additional affiliation to an partner association or your student status in order to benefit from a reduced fee

After having confirmed your email and wired the annual fee (CHF 25, student CHF 10, AMAA members CHF 15) you will be granted the access to the member space. Payments can be made to the following post account:
